The Role

The Product Manager will drive the strategic direction and successful delivery of products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs. This role focuses on overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization and feature management to performance assessment and solutions delivery, with a particular emphasis on leveraging AI technologies.

The Product Manager will be responsible for coordinating closely with engineering teams and various stakeholders to translate market demands into tangible product features. The ideal candidate is a highly communicative and experienced product professional with a strong background in UI/UX and a deep understanding of artificial intelligence, particularly LLMs.

Your Team
In this role, you will be:

• Directly reporting to the AI Delivery Manager
• Includes client communication with Client PO and other stakeholders for Requirements Gathering
• You will work closely with our business partners, the household brands in technology, such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft, and our internal AI Engineering team.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the entire product feature lifecycle from conception through launch and post-launch iteration, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy and business objectives.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess product performance, regularly monitoring and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Oversee the successful delivery of product solutions, ensuring they meet defined requirements, quality standards, and are launched effectively to market.
• Collaborate closely with the Engineering Team to translate product requirements into technical specifications, facilitate development, and ensure timely and high-quality implementation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to gather requirements, communicate product updates, and ensure alignment across the organization.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, understand user needs, and inform product roadmap decisions, particularly concerning Large Language Models (LLMs) and other areas of Artificial Intelligence.
• Prioritize product backlog items based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic importance, ensuring a clear and actionable roadmap for development.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap effectively to all internal and external stakeholders, fostering transparency and alignment.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or software/AI delivery within an IT or technology environment
• Strong communication skills and good interpersonal and facilitation skills
• Experience in Agile/Waterfall project management principles
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements, and/or coordinating or managing project timelines and deliverables
• Experience with tools such as MS Project, Asana, JIRA, Trello, Smartsheet, Draw.io, Figma, or FigJam
• Ability to organize complex ideas into structured documents or presentation decks and communicate clearly to stakeholders
• Analytical and inquisitive mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, prioritize under pressure, and stay self-motivated against deadlines
• Product management experience
• Systems analysis and design skills
• Experience in U/UX is a plus
• Familiarity with LLMs and other areas of AI
