The Role

The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing a sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives. Primarily focused on managing the daily operations of the sales department, driving your individual and team performance, and ensuring that sales targets are met for each Business Unit.

We work/You will work closely with our business partners, the household brands in technology, such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft and Outsystems.

Your Responsibilities:

Team Management

  • Proven sales leadership; co-leads weekly sales meetings
  • Coaches team on solution selling and motivates performance
  • Conducts biweekly 1:1s and performance reviews
  • Monitors sales activities, pipelines, forecasts, and reports
  • Addresses customer and team concerns; escalates complex issues to SD
  • Executes Sales and Account Plans in line with business strategy
  • Champions customer voice and sales feedback to SD/OPEC
  • Drives innovation in account management with SD/BUs

Individual Management

  • Manages critical accounts and ensures sales targets are met or exceeded
  • Develops and executes strategic sales plans for new client acquisition
  • Expands client base by leveraging existing relationships
  • Designs training initiatives and collaborates with SD on performance and strategy
  • Creates innovative sales materials and value propositions
  • Develops action plans aligned with OKRs
  • Reviews and sets goals and KPIs for the next fiscal year
  • Oversees completion of Sales Playbook and prospecting tracker

Performance & Expectations

  • Identifies and captures new business opportunities
  • Expands footprint within existing and new accounts
  • Consistently meets sales targets through strategic and value-driven selling

About You
You are/have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a Technology-related field
  • Minimum 5 years of successful B2B IT sales experience in Cloud, Software Development, or AI/Data Solutions
  • At least 3 years of proven leadership managing sales teams and exceeding targets
  • Strong understanding of IT services, particularly in Cloud, Data, and AI
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at the executive level

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in professional services (Software Development/QA) and managed services (Cloud/AI Ops)
  • Familiarity with financial industry standards and sales compliance requirements
  • Established industry network with a record of generating new business
  • Relevant certifications in Sales, Project Management, or Cloud technologies
