The Role

As a Solutions Designer at Stratpoint, you will work under the guidance of our Solutions Architects, within the Architecture Governance framework. Collaborating closely with the Pre-Sales team, engineering, and delivery managers, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing technology solutions tailored to specific business challenges. This role requires you to translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable solutions, all while adhering to architectural principles defined by the Solutions Architects.

You will focus on process design, solution detailing, and the practical application of architectural guidelines, ensuring that our solutions align with client needs and organizational standards.

Your Team

You will join a dynamic team of Solutions Designers working under the guidance of experienced Solutions Architects, all part of the Architecture Governance unit. Your team specializes in various sectors like fintech and insurtech, focusing on developing innovative solutions that meet client and business goals. By collaborating with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers, and Architects, you will contribute to the success of Stratpoint’s architectural practice, helping deliver solutions that elevate both our offerings and our clients’ capabilities.

Your Responsibilities

• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Solutions Architects and the Architecture Governance team to design solutions that support both broad organizational objectives and specific client requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in architectural discussions during client meetings, gathering comprehensive business requirements under the guidance of a Solutions Architect.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with product and development teams to design solutions based on established architectural principles and frameworks.
• Process Mapping: Assist in mapping business processes and identifying opportunities for efficiency, ensuring solutions meet the intended workflow objectives.
• Solution Implementation: Work with project teams to oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring they align with architectural guidelines and client expectations.
• Documentation and Quality Assurance: Create and maintain detailed documentation, ensuring solutions meet quality standards as prescribed by the Solutions Architects.
• Industry Insights: Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends, providing input on best practices that enhance solution design and delivery.

About You

You are/have:

• Professional Experience: 3 years of experience in technical/semi-technical role systems. Hands-on developer experience preferred but not wholly necessary. A proven track record in roles such as Systems Analyst, Solution Designer, or Application Manager, with experience in translating requirements into effective solutions.
• Expertise in Process Mapping: Strong skills in visual process mapping and identifying areas for improvement.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with systems integration, software development, and cloud-based architectures.
• Collaborative and Strategic Thinking: The ability to work closely with Solutions Architects to develop and implement strategic frameworks that align with both client and business needs.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills, enabling you to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders while articulating technical concepts clearly.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical abilities, enabling you to think critically about complex problems and contribute to innovative solutions.

Nice to Have:

• Startup experience is a plus.
