The Role
We are looking for a Mid Frontend Engineer with strong skills especially around ReactJS / Next.js. You will be collaborating closely with cross-functional teams ensuring exceptional user experiences through responsive and intuitive user interfaces through quality frontend development efforts

Your Team
You will work closely with our business partners, the household brands in technology, such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft and Outsystems.
Your Responsibilities
- Implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces using ReactJS or Next.js written in TypeScript and implementing frontend architecture with best practices around security, reuse, and scalability
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, frontend engineers, backend engineers, and technical architects to translate product requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure consistency by leveraging Tailwind CSS as the frontend design system and state management solutions such as Redux or React Context.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests using varied tools such as Jest.
- Create and maintain technical documentations such as source code documentation, DFS and knowledgebase.
- Mentor junior frontend engineers, conduct code reviews, and ensure that best practices are always followed.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and continuous integration processes.
- Deliver quality projects using varied methodologies such as Scrum and Agile; with strong coordination with teams.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide timely resolution to production incidents and issues.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform wireframes and mockups into optimal and functional user interfaces.
- Continuously improve and enable on other frontend technologies to develop a well-rounded and expert skillset.
About You
You are/have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of professional frontend development experience, with a focus on ReactJS, Next.js and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of frontend build tools and package managers (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn), with experience in using configuration build tools such as Vite as good to have
- Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Experience with version control using Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Great problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues efficiently.
- Leadership and mentorship skills to guide junior engineers and promote best practices.
- Good communication skills to allow collaboration with team members as well as with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in both REST, GraphQL and other backend interactions such as Websockets.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and DevOps practices is a plus.
