The Role
As an IT/Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for IT service coordination, process improvement, documentation, and stakeholder communication. This role ensures that internal IT operations run smoothly, particularly in asset management, IT service delivery, and infrastructure support. You will act as a PM for IT, ensuring that the team delivers on daily, weekly, and strategic initiatives.
This role is perfect for experienced IT support professionals who excel at documentation, collaboration, communication, and process optimization. You will also support IT in driving key IT initiatives, including Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), endpoint security, and a firewall upgrade.

Your Team
- You will be reporting to the Head of Systems Operations.
- You will work closely with IT Admins to improve IT service operations.
- You will ensure that IT delivers daily and weekly IT support tasks efficiently, including asset management, IT infrastructure support, and IT security operations.
- You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with company-wide priorities.
- You will be the point person for IT communications, ensuring that IT activities and project updates are clearly communicated to stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage IT support operations, ensuring smooth handling of laptop deployments, mobile device management, and asset inventory tracking.
- Oversee IT service workflows, optimizing ticketing systems, escalation processes, and IT performance tracking.
- Ensure IT policies and documentation are regularly updated to align with best practices and security requirements.
- Support key IT projects, including UEM implementation, endpoint security rollout, and firewall upgrades.
- Act as a bridge between IT and stakeholders, ensuring clear and proactive communication regarding IT initiatives.
- Facilitate IT team coordination, ensuring that tasks, service requests, and initiatives are executed efficiently.
- Identify areas for process improvement, working closely with IT admins and engineers to enhance service delivery.
About You
- Previous IT support experience, particularly in service desk, system administration, or IT operations.
- Strong IT asset management experience, including handling laptops, mobile devices, and software licenses.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace administration (user provisioning, security policies, access management).
- Experience with IT service coordination, helpdesk operations, or ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to engage effectively with IT teams and stakeholders.
- Process-oriented and detail-driven, with experience in workflow optimization and documentation.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions.
- Knowledge of endpoint security solutions (e.g., EDR, antivirus, device compliance policies).
- Familiarity with firewall management and network security.
- Certifications in ITIL, CBAP, Google Workspace Admin, or IT security.
