The Role
The senior Pre-Sales Manager sets the stage for success by understanding customer needs, architecting solutions, and effectively communicating value. This role will be a strong support pillar of the Sales team during the qualification stage until the closing stage.

Your Team
- This role will report directly to the Sales Director and work with the Sales team for every sales opportunity.
- Manages the Presales Team
- Will work with the Technical and Delivery teams for technical solutions.
- Will work closely with our business partners, the household brands in technology, such as Amazon Web Services, Alibaba, Huawei Cloud, Katalon, OutSystems, and others.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the presales team to support and improve sales win rates.
- Develop and implement presales strategies to identify and support high-value leads aligned with the company's goals.
- Mentor and coach junior Pre-Sales team members, fostering knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Provide strategic guidance and leadership during the sales cycle, ensuring alignment with the company's overall sales strategy.
- Support the sales team during the entire presales cycle- prospecting to closing by providing a value proposal, technical expertise, and value justification insights.
- Foster win-win scenarios by negotiating solutions that meet customer needs and ensure company profitability.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to adapt sales strategies and presentations accordingly.
- Build strong rapport with sales and customers through open communication and fostering trust and camaraderie.
- Works collaboratively with solutions and engineering teams to design customized solutions through proper estimations of the efforts and type of resources required to deliver the proposed solution effectively.
- Craft and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the value proposition of the company's solutions and how they address customer pain points that outlining the proposed solution, technical specifications, benefits, implementation plan, pricing, and terms.
- Conduct product demonstrations or set up Proof of Concepts (POCs) to provide customers with hands-on experience and showcase product capabilities.
- Build strong relationships and rapport with customers through active listening, open communication, and fostering trust.
- Negotiate a win-win scenario by tailoring solutions that meet customers' needs by strategic offering while ensuring company profitability.
- Assist sales in creating negotiation strategies to create value propositions and present mutually beneficial outcomes.
About You
You are/have:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in presales management in a similar industry. A technical sales role is a plus.
- Proven ability to support sales through success in meeting company revenue objectives
- Strong understanding of the IT services landscape, technologies, and their challenges.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Experience crafting compelling presentations and proposals that resonate with audiences.
- Ability to build good relationships and rapport with sales and customers.
- Proficiency in solution architecture and demonstrating the value proposition.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to estimate effort and resources.
- A passion for storytelling and persuasive communication.
- A collaborative spirit with a win-win mentality.
Nice to have:
- Familiar with delivery frameworks such as Agile, Software Delivery Lifecycle, QA lifecycle, Service Operations based on ITIL framework
- Familiar with IT Services such as Staff Augmentation, Software Development Teams, Cloud Migration, Cloud Managed Services, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, AI Engineering
