The Role
As a Senior Tax Manager, you will be responsible for tax compliance, regulatory filings, and audits.

Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure 100% timely tax compliance in filing, payment, and reporting to regulatory agencies.
- Implement internal controls policies that promote tax compliance
- Comprehensive review and analysis of financial statements, books of accounts, and tax returns
- Comprehensive reconciliation of tax reports and accounting records
- Ensure accuracy of tax GL accounts
- Oversee tax audits with regulators until its completion and issue resolution
- Prepare BIR audit-related schedules
- Evaluate tax-efficient alternatives to the company's business units and transactions
- Coordinate with all business units and assist in tracking implications of tax issues, and evaluate current practices to optimize the level of cost efficiency
- Maintain an organized and complete set of detailed tax records
- Perform other duties as assigned or required
About You
You are/have:
- Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or equivalent
- CPA and with prior experience in at least a supervisory role
- At least 5 years of work experience in a similar field
- Understanding of the latest accounting standards and tax regulations
- Experience in enterprise accounting software, especially in Oracle NetSuite
- Computer literacy and familiarity with Windows applications
- Knowledgeable in business processes and controls
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation, planning and organizing skills, teamwork and collaboration, result orientation, and interpersonal sensitivity
- Reliable, trustworthy, and with integrity
- Creative thinker, team player, aggressive, self-motivated, and result-oriented
- Able to work under pressure and independently, with good organizational skills
- High ethical standards and the ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
