The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated AI Interns to join our dynamic team. As an AI Intern, your primary responsibility will be to assist in interpreting real-world use cases and support the development of new pipelines to create comprehensive solutions. You will help conduct research, document findings, and contribute to proposing the best solutions using available AI APIs, open-source tools, and state-of-the-art research when necessary.

Your Team

You will be working with a team of AI Engineers, Data Scientists and Software Engineers of different tech stacks depending on the project you will be assigned to under Labs.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist in translating real-world problems into components solvable by ML and DL techniques.
• Support the training or building of new models that can be applied to practical problems.
• Help build or source the necessary datasets for training and fine-tuning AI/ML/DL models.
• Aid in analyzing model performance and formulating necessary recommendations.
• Contribute to presenting thoughts and ideas in an organized manner and use Jupyter Notebooks in the chosen platform.

About You

You are/have: (required skills needed)

• Basic knowledge of APIs, containers, and clustered systems.
• Experience with software libraries and toolkits for high-performance numerical computation such as Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, NLTK, Caffe/2, PyTorch/Torch, and TensorFlow.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong analytical and implementation skills.
• Ability to work responsibly with minimal supervision.
• Capacity to work effectively under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and be part of a dynamic team.
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a 4 or 5-year course related to software development, information systems, and analysis, such as Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

• Programming skills in C/C#/C++, R, Java, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms, specifically in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Experience with any Cloud Platform.
• Excellent English reading and writing skills.
